How To Print From This Site

"I have a problem when printing some your articles off your site... I always have to write in the words that get cut off on the right hand side of the page."
I’m sorry that you’re having difficulty printing articles from my Web site.  Unfortunately, this is a very challenging technical problem to fix.  With all the different variations and permutations of computers, operating systems, settings, browsers, screen resolutions, etc., this it is an exceedingly complex problem.

If I may, there are a couple of relatively simple ways to print the articles from my site (or others) without losing any information on the right side of the screen.

Option A

If you'd like to print my webpage content without the left side menu bar or archive list at the bottom of the page, here's an easy method using your mouse:

1.  Using your mouse, place your cursor at the beginning of the first word, then while keeping your left mouse button down, drag your mouse to highlight the lower right of the text you want printed and release the mouse button.

2.   Next, use your Internet browser's controls to print only your selected text. For example, in Internet Explorer, go to the menu and press “File”, “Print”.

3.    In the Print options dialog menu that appears, in the "Print range" section, click the option called, "Selection" then press the “Print” button.  Only your selected text and graphics (if graphics are included in your text selection) will be printed. Everything else outside the highlighted area will be ignored..

Option B:

If you’re using a recent version of Internet Explorer—before printing a web page, you may want to preview how the page will look and determine how many pages will print.

1.   Navigate to the web page you would like to print.

2.   From the Command toolbar, select “File”, “Print Preview

3.  The Print Preview window appears as below.

4.  Select “1 Page View” and “Shrink To Fit” from the drop-down menus.

5.  Click the Printer Icon    to continue printing.

Hopefully, one of these options will allow you to print exactly what you want.
